How do I register for a Viewnet Online Store Account?
- Click on the "Sign Up" button and it’ll bring you to the Sign Up page. Fill in all the compulsory details accordingly and click “Continue”.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
- Point to the "Log in" button, click on "Forgotten Password", you will be prompted to a page requesting you to fill in the email address that you registered with us. Once done fill in the email click "Continue". You will receive an email with a confirmation link and guide you on resetting your password.

How do I place an order?
- To place an order, simply select the product(s) you'd like to purchase and add them to the cart. Then fill in your delivery details if you've never shopped with us before, and proceed to checkout.

I received a damaged / defective item, what should I do?
- You can contact us at +60 12-689 0929 to request for exchange upon receiving the order. Most orders are returnable within 7 calendar days upon receipt if they are incorrect, damaged, or defective. Incorrect: The item is not the item you ordered. The model or color is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging. Damaged: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt.
